At Hotstyle Fashion, we’re committed to delivering your purchases promptly and securely. Here’s how our shipping works:

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • An order confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your package ships.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • US & EU Shipping:
    • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days.
    • Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days.
  • International Shipping:
    • Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–21 business days).
    • Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping Costs

  • US & EU Shipping:
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $65.
    • For orders under $65, Standard Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.
    • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $9.99
  • International Shipping:
    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, location, and destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • All orders include a tracking number sent via email.
  • Track your package on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
  • Delays due to carrier issues or customs are beyond our control, but we’ll assist where possible.

5. International Shipping

  • We ship to most countries! Check availability and costs at checkout.
  • Note:
    • Provide accurate addresses we cannot redirect packages after shipment.
    • For returns, use a tracked shipping method (see Refund & Returns Policy).

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only.
  • Address Errors: Verify your shipping details at checkout. Reshipping fees apply for incorrect addresses.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in Transit: Contact us at contact@hotsyle.com after 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international). We’ll file a claim or reship your order.
  • Damaged Items: Email photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

8. Holiday & Peak Periods

  • During holidays or sales (e.g., Black Friday), expect delays of 2–5 business days.

9. Sustainability Efforts

  • We use recyclable packaging and work with carbon-neutral carriers when possible.
