1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- An order confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your package ships.
2. Delivery Timelines
- US & EU Shipping:
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 4–7 business days.
- International Shipping:
- Delivery times vary by destination (typically 10–21 business days).
- Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Shipping Costs
- US & EU Shipping:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $65.
- For orders under $65, Standard Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and location.
- Expedited Shipping: Flat rate of $9.99
- International Shipping:
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, location, and destination.
4. Tracking Your Order
- All orders include a tracking number sent via email.
- Track your package on the carrier’s website (e.g., USPS, FedEx).
- Delays due to carrier issues or customs are beyond our control, but we’ll assist where possible.
5. International Shipping
- We ship to most countries! Check availability and costs at checkout.
- Note:
- Provide accurate addresses we cannot redirect packages after shipment.
- For returns, use a tracked shipping method (see Refund & Returns Policy).
6. Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only.
- Address Errors: Verify your shipping details at checkout. Reshipping fees apply for incorrect addresses.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost in Transit: Contact us at contact@hotsyle.com after 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international). We’ll file a claim or reship your order.
- Damaged Items: Email photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
8. Holiday & Peak Periods
- During holidays or sales (e.g., Black Friday), expect delays of 2–5 business days.
9. Sustainability Efforts
- We use recyclable packaging and work with carbon-neutral carriers when possible.
